Permohonan diajukan secara online melalui laman sduwhv.imigrasi.go.id. Daftarkan diri sebagai pemohon. Ajukan Permohonan dengan mengisi formulir elektronik serta mengunggah dokumen persyaratan pada tanggal yang ditentukan.

The application is submitted online through the whv.immigration.go.id page and log in as an SDUWHV applicant then, select the desired interview date and fill in the data on the electronic form and upload the required documents, including:

1. Recent photograph with white background;
2. Passport with a validity period of not less than 18 (eighteen) months, passport pages are not full, and passport is not damaged;
3. E-KTP or domicile certificate for those who have not obtained E-KTP;
4. Certificate of education: For students who study at home or abroad and have completed Diploma III (three) & Strata 1 (one) level education, evidenced by a certificate / diploma, especially for those studying abroad must be supported by attaching a Study Result Card (KHS) & Student Identity Card (KTM);
5. For (active) students who have not completed their education, must attach a certificate as an active student from the campus, Study Result Card (KHS) & Student Identity Card (KTM);
6. IELTS certificate (minimum score 4.5);
7. Bank certificate of having a minimum fund of AUD $5000 (five thousand Australian dollars) or equivalent;
8. Proof of ownership of funds a.n. guardian must include KK documents, E-KTP a.n. guardian, and a statement letter from the guardian with a stamp of Rp.6,000 (six thousand rupiah).
9. Police Record Certificate (SKCK) issued at least by the Regional Police level.
